Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de pré-concentration et de détection d'au moins une molécule monocaténaire d'acides nucléiques cible, le procédé comprenant des étapes de génération d'un écoulement de liquide comprenant au moins une nanoparticule magnétique dans un micro-canal et une pluralité de molécules monocaténaires d'acides nucléiques sondes attachées à la nanoparticule, de génération d'un champ magnétique alternatif dans la partie du micro-canal au moyen de l'électroaimant, le champ magnétique présentant une intensité et une fréquence adaptées pour entraîner une hyperthermie magnétique des nanoparticules de sorte à provoquer une dénaturation du duplex formé par la molécule monocaténaire d'acides nucléiques sonde et par la molécule monocaténaire d'acides nucléiques cible, et une détection de la molécule monocaténaire cible dispersée dans le liquide.
