State of the art

It is known to stretch a piece of cloth above the ground to make shade. This piece of permeable or waterproof fabric fabric is commonly called "shade sail".

The shade sail is stretched between fixed points on walls, on the ground or on masts.

The shading veil can create a shadow point at the desired location, it also protects a ground surface of the sun and harmful ultraviolet radiation.

The shade sail may for example cover a terrace, or part of a garden, but it is known to also use it to cover parking surfaces, stadiums, sports fields or sports stands, as well as certain spaces. relaxing or restoring.

Unlike the usual equipment such as the parasol or the awning, the shade can be large and varied in shape.

The shade veil also improves the aesthetics of the surface to be protected, because of this great possibility of choosing the sizes, shape or color of the shade sail. Because of the shadows and light, and by its shape and its colors, the shade veil is highlighted and improves the aesthetics of the landscape where it is integrated.

However, during very hot weather, the shading provided by such a veil is not sufficient for the well being of people in its shadow.

To reduce the temperature felt, it is known to position misting sources near a shade sail, to cool the place by misting water.

However, it is necessary to provide locations for misting sources in surrounding areas, and hoses for connection to a power supply. The integration into the landscape of these elements is complex and expensive so as not to harm the aestheticism of the landscape where the shade sail is integrated. There is therefore a real need, overcoming these disadvantages of the prior art, in particular to have a shade sail enhanced regardless of the temperature, especially high, to improve the aesthetics of a landscape.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The following invention proposes to solve these problems by proposing a stretched canvas shade screen, connected to fixed points of attachment by its vertices, comprising a cooling element comprising at least one source of misting.

This makes it possible to preserve the development of the shade veil while allowing a cooling in case of high heats without requiring an additional misting source arranged near the shade veil. The invention also relates to the features which will emerge during the following description, which should be considered in isolation or in all their possible technical combinations.

According to a first variant embodiment, the cooling element further comprises a fluid connection connected to the fogging source.

This allows free positioning of the fogging source on the shade sail.

Advantageously but optionally, the cooling element comprises a succession of misting sources.

This makes it possible to obtain a distribution of the misting under the shade sail.

According to an alternative embodiment, the misting sources are connected in pairs by a fluid connection.

According to another alternative embodiment, the cooling element is on a slice of the shade sail.

This allows the cooling element comprising a misting source to emit to the outside of the shading sail.

Advantageously but optionally, the misting source is on at least a portion of the periphery of the shading sail.

According to a second variant embodiment, the shading sail comprises a fluid supply means for supplying the cooling element.

According to an embodiment illustrated here, the fluid supply means comprises a connector.

According to an alternative embodiment, the fluid supply means comprises a supply pipe connected to the connector. Other advantages may still appear to those skilled in the art on reading the examples below, illustrated by the appended figures, given for illustrative purposes.

EXAMPLES OR EMBODIMENTS

Various examples of embodiment of shading sails 1 are illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4.

In the description which follows, the shading sails 1 described are intended to be used in a position generally oriented relative to the horizontal.

Directions will be indicated with respect to this orientation, with an upper shading sail surface facing upward, and a lower shading sail surface facing down.

These shading sails 1 are in a known manner fabric 3, triangular, square or rectangular, or generally polygonal. They are stretched and cooperate at each of their vertices 6 with fixed fastening points 2 located on surrounding surfaces by reversible connecting means or not, such as for example carabiners, ropes or shackles.

The fixed fastening points 2 on the surrounding surfaces may be for example rings in walls and masts. A fixed attachment point can also be a weighted block placed on the ground.

The shading sails 1 illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4 are, here, triangular, but they may have other generally polygonal shapes such as a rectangular, square, hexagonal, octagonal, trapezoidal shape.

The sizes of these shade sails can vary. In the examples illustrated here Figures 1 to 4, the sizes are between three and eight meters side. These sizes may vary depending on the surface of the shadow that you want to create.

The colors of the shade sails are plain, beige or brown, but they can be of any other color and / or with patterns and / or a graphic illustration.

It is also possible to make a shading sail to measure, depending on the area of shade or aesthetics sought.

The shading sail 1 comprises a cooling element 10 comprising at least one misting source 11. This cooling element 10 is reversibly or not reversibly attached to the shading sail 1 by gluing, welding or sewing, on one of its surfaces or in the thickness of the fabric constituting the shade sail.

According to an alternative embodiment, the cooling element 10 is positioned on a wafer 31 of the shading veil 1.

In the example of FIG. 1, this cooling element 10 comprises a succession of misting sources 11. These misting sources 11 are connected in parallel, connected in pairs by a fluidic connection 12 so as to form misting sections. This makes it possible to distribute the sources of misting on the shade sail 1 in a fashion.

In the example shown in FIG. 3, these misting sections are inserted into a seam 32 of the fabric 3 of the shade veil 1, and the misting sources 11 are visible through the holes of the fabric of the seam 32. It should be noted that the seam 32 is made by folding on itself an edge of the fabric 3.

In the example illustrated in FIG. 3, this seam 32 is placed on the periphery of the shading sail 1, and a misting section of the cooling element 10 is inserted in a seam 32 positioned on at least one edge or edge 31 of the shade sail 1.

Thus, the shading sail 1 has on most of its edges, a succession of fogging sources forming a garland and distributing the mist on the periphery of the shading sail 1.

FIG. 4 illustrates an embodiment of a fogging source 11. The fogging source 11 is here a conventional fogging nozzle, known per se, and will not be described further. The misting nozzle 11 is mounted in fluid communication on a pipe forming the fluidic connection 12 which is inserted into the seam 32. The seam 32 has a through orifice 321 allowing the mist nozzle to pass through a thickness of a wall sewing 32.

In alternative embodiments not illustrated here, misting sections are inserted into net cloth sheaths attached to the fabric 3 of the shade sail 1. These sheaths can be placed on the periphery of the shade sail, positioned for example on the edge 31 of the shade sail 1. In a variant, the mesh fabric may be replaced by a perforated opaque canvas facing the sources of misting. These sheaths covering the misting sections are placed on a lower surface of the shading sail 1. On the other hand, the shading sail 1 according to the invention further comprises a fluid supply means 5, 51 for feeding the cooling element 10 in fluid to be supplied to the sources of misting, such as running water. This fluid supply means comprises, here, a connector 5. It further comprises a supply pipe 51 which can be connected to the connector 5. In a practical manner and by way of example, the supply pipe is a pipe commonly used sprinkler and connector 5 is a commonly used garden hose connector; the water pressure at the outlet of the tap being sufficient to supply ideally the sources of misting 11 of the cooling element 10.

As a further alternative embodiment of the shading web 1 according to the invention, the fluid supply means is equipped with a valve programmer so as to be able to program a supply of the cooling element 10 and obtain, for example, an intermittent triggering of the misting.

According to another variant embodiment of the shading sail illustrated by the examples of FIGS. 1 to 4, the fabric 3 of the shading sails 1 is impervious. A shade sail with a waterproof canvas can protect from the sun and UV radiation. It also helps protect the area from possible rainfall such as rain, hail, snow.

According to an alternative embodiment not illustrated here, the fabric of the shade sail is permeable. A shade sail with a permeable fabric allows to protect from the sun while allowing a good ventilation thanks to a mesh more loose or less tight. This also avoids a "greenhouse" effect obtained under a traditional umbrella. In addition, in case of rain, the water will pass through the mesh, thus avoiding the formation of pockets of water on the upper surface of the shade sail.

Although, in the figures, the shade sail is equipped with a cooling element 10 on all sides, it is possible to equip only one side of the shade sail 1, or only part of the sides of the shade sail 1. On the other hand, a spacing between two sources of misting 11 is of the order of 40 to 100 cm, preferably 60 cm approximately. The number of and / or the spacing between the misting sources, as well as the sides of the shading sail 1 equipped, depend on the desired result in terms of cooling and the configuration of the shading sail according to the invention and the place of its installation.
