Abstract
Le dispositif (DEF) comprend un boîtier allongé d'aspect globalement cylindrique et un capteur acoustique destiné à détecter un signal de souffle induit par la fistule, un circuit de filtrage et d'amplification et un dispositif d'écoute audio qui sont logés dans le boîtier, le capteur acoustique étant logé dans une partie d'extrémité inférieure du boîtier. Conformément à l'invention, le boîtier comprend une partie d'extrémité supérieure (PS) de forme évasée dans laquelle sont logés un module haut-parleur (HP) et des moyens de commande (HM, EC, T) du dispositif.
