Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de modélisation d'un profil de mission (27) en vieillissement pour un équipement électronique, tel qu'un système de batterie de puissance. Le procédé comporte la détermination à partir de paramètres d'activités du système électronique d'une distribution (21) de la durée passée par l'équipement dans une pluralité d'états prédéterminés (20) définis par au moins deux paramètres d'état (25, 26), et la configuration de cycles de test (22) en fonction de la distribution (21) de manière que leur exécution couvre la distribution de la durée passée par l'équipement dans chacun des états prédéterminés (20). Par exemple, l'invention s'applique aux systèmes de batteries pour les véhicules électriques pour estimer la durée de vie de la batterie et sa perte de capacité au cours du temps.
