Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un composant embouti de carrosserie ou structure de caisse automobile en alliage d'aluminium destiné à comprenant les étapes de fabrication d'une tôle ou bande d'épaisseur comprise entre 1,0 et 3,5 mm en alliage de composition (% en poids) : Si : 0,60 - 0,85 ; Fe : 0,05 - 0,25 ; Cu : 0,05 - 0,30 ; Mn : 0,05 - 0,30 ; Mg : 0,50 - 1,00 ; Ti : 0,02 - 0,10 ; V : 0,00 - 0,10 avec Ti + V < 0,10 autres éléments < 0,05 chacun et < 0,15 au total, reste aluminium, avec Mg < -2,67 x Si +2,87, mise en solution et trempe, pré-revenu, maturation entre 72 h et 6 mois, emboutissage, revenu à une température d'environ 205°C avec un temps de maintien compris entre 30 et 170 minutes ou revenu à temps-température équivalent, peinture et « revenu de cuisson des peintures» ou « bake hardening » à une température de 150 à 190°C pendant 15 à 30 min. L'invention a également pour objet un composant embouti de carrosserie ou structure de caisse automobile encore appelée « caisse en blanc » élaboré par un tel procédé.
