Abstract

Il s'agit d'un dispositif planifiable en pré-opératoire (adaptation à la morphologie des vertèbres, leur densité, choix des zones d'appui) conservant une part ajustable en per-opératoire en hauteur et en angulation ; offrant un large volume de greffe osseuse, l'implant sera stabilisé par un système de vissage en compression (4), canulé, cimentable (6). Sur une structure centrale creuse titane ou PEEK (7, 12, 13) qui comprendra deux empreintes de cône morse (1) avec un détrompeur (2) pour le contrôle en rotation sur chacun de ses côtés, seront impactés les plateaux prothétiques, dont une des parties sera réalisée sur mesure (3) ou sera standardisée (taille, matière, forme) (14). Dispositif médical implantable intervertébral destiné aux arthrodèses vertébrales particulièrement par voies antérieure, antéro-latérale et latérale lombaires, dont le mode d'assemblage pourra être étendu aux arthroplastie, et arthrodèses par voie postérieure.
