Abstract

L'objet de l'invention concerne un étal comportant : - un bac de confinement (23) pour un matériau de refroidissement, présentant un plateau de présentation de produits frais, - un système de ventilation (15) avec une vitesse de soufflage d'air variable, - une installation frigorifique délivrant une puissance frigorifique variable, - et une commande permettant de sélectionner un mode de fonctionnement en produits frais et un mode de fonctionnement en produits emballés pour lequel le système de ventilation (15) possède une vitesse de soufflage supérieure à la vitesse de soufflage en mode produits frais tandis que l'installation frigorifique possède une puissance frigorifique supérieure à la puissance frigorifique en mode produits frais.
