Abstract
Circuit intégré photonique comportant un dispositif de couplage (DIS) situé entre deux niveaux de métal successifs (61, 62) de sa région d'interconnexion (6) et comportant une première portion (P1) configurée pour recevoir un signal optique incident (SIG), comportant une composante transverse électrique dans un mode fondamental et une composante transverse magnétique, une deuxième portion (P2) configurée pour convertir la composante transverse magnétique du signal incident (SIG) en une composante transverse électrique convertie dans un mode différent du mode fondamental, une troisième portion (P3) configurée pour séparer la composante transverse électrique et la composante transverse électrique convertie de façon à faire passer la composante transverse électrique convertie dans un mode fondamental, et une quatrième portion (P4) configurée pour transmettre la composante transverse électrique et la composante transverse électrique convertie audit au moins un guide d'ondes (GO).
