Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'usinage, notamment pour la réparation, d'un matériau composite (1) et un kit outil comprenant au moins un outil de coupe (10) et un outil de fractionnement. Le matériau composite (1) comprend une structure en nid d'abeille (2) à haute densité séparant deux couches de peau (3, 4) opposées. Le procédé comprend entre autre une étape de perçage d'un premier orifice d'usinage (9a) dans une couche de peau surmoulée (4), et une étape d'usinage dans la structure en nid d'abeille (2) au moyen de l'outil de coupe (10) pour former une cavité (11) dans la structure en nid d'abeille (2), et une étape d'injection d'une résine à l'intérieur de la cavité (11). Selon l'invention, le procédé comprend : - après l'étape de perçage, une étape d'insertion d'un canon de perçage (12) dans le premier orifice d'usinage (9a) pour protéger les surfaces externes (5) et internes (6) de la couche de peau surmoulée (4) de l'outil de coupe (10) lors de l'étape d'usinage, le canon de perçage (12) comprenant un second orifice d'usinage (9b), et - une étape d'introduction de l'outil de coupe (10) à travers le second orifice d'usinage (9b) avant l'étape d'usinage.The invention relates to a method of machining, in particular for repairing, a composite material (1) and a tool kit comprising at least one cutting tool (10) and one splitting tool. According to the invention, the method comprises: - after the drilling step, a step of inserting a drilling barrel (12) into the first machining orifice (9a) to protect the external surfaces (5) and internal (6) of the overmolded skin layer (4) of the cutting tool (10) during the machining step, the drilling barrel (12) comprising a second machining orifice (9b), and - a step of introducing the cutting tool (10) through the second machining orifice (9b) before the machining step.
