Field of the invention

More particularly, the present invention applies to the field of cosmeto-textile products.

The present invention relates to a sheathing and slimming device, a garment comprising such a device and the use of such a device for sheathing, thinning and reshaping a part of an individual's human body and improving the appearance of the skin.

State of the art

Before addressing the main provisions of the invention, it is advisable to recall the inconveniences and difficulties encountered by a large number of people when wearing clothes and underwear.

It is known that many people, especially women, want to refine their figure and hide large masses of flesh from their bodies they consider excessive.

Moreover, it is now widespread in the textile world of many slimming clothes. The slimming effect can be obtained by the presence in the tissue of microcapsules each releasing a dose of a slimming active agent under the effect of the friction of the textile against the skin of the user. Such devices have the disadvantage of losing their slimming effect after several washes and therefore need to be recharged slimming active after a certain time.

Statement of Invention

The present invention aims to remedy all or part of the limitations of the solutions of the prior art. Very advantageously, it has been found by the present inventor that such a device has the immediate effect, when worn by an individual, that the portion of the human body surrounded by the device is sheathed. This advantage is provided by the fact that the device comprises said first fabric. Sheathed is understood to mean that the portion of the belted human body is maintained so that it appears more refined than it actually is. The apparent refinement during the wearing of the device may be, for example, at least one centimeter turn of the belted body part or at least two centimeters.

The device according to the present invention has another advantageous effect which is that of thinning the part of the body which is regularly surrounded by the device, of reshaping it and of improving the appearance of the skin. Here is meant by thinning, the loss of centimeters of rotation of the part of the body which has been belted by the device following the wearing of the device by an individual and therefore even when the individual no longer wears it. This effect is conferred by the second fabric which comprises inorganic oxides having a capacity for emitting and / or absorbing infrared radiation in the wavelength range between 2pm and 20pm. Infrared radiation (IFR), and in particular far-infrared whose wavelength is between 4 and 16 pm, have the effect of rewarding the human body for the energies that the latter releases, particularly limiting the loss of heat. More than 90% of the IFRs emitted by the human body are absorbed by the mineral oxides contained in the second tissue and are then restored to the human body by reflectance. Consequently, it has been advantageously found that the regular wearing of the device which is the subject of the present invention results in more efficient blood drainage and better synthesis of collagen than in the absence of the wearing of the device. This has the effect of thinning the part of the body surrounded by the device by reducing the fat layer under the surface of the skin in contact with the device.
