Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un nouvel implant à usage médical permettant la fixation d'au moins deux éléments osseux adjacents de manière rapide, fiable et peu invasive. Cet implant est un dispositif en trois parties distinctes. La présente invention décrit également une méthode de fixation d'au moins deux éléments osseux adjacents mettant en œuvre ce nouvel implant. Cette méthode est particulièrement adaptée pour la solidarisation d'au moins deux vertèbres en vue de la réalisation d'une arthrodèse ; ledit implant étant de forme courbe ce qui le rend particulièrement bien adapté à la chirurgie du rachis.
