Abstract

The present invention relates to a fixing assembly, for hanging or fixing an object on a wall, comprising a movable head (10) and a receiving body (11), said movable head (10) comprising at least two needles (12) projecting from one of its faces, said receiving body comprising at least two orifices (13) for the passage and the maintenance of each of said needles (12), the point of at least some of said needles passing through the receiving body when said movable head (10) is placed in contact with said receiving body (11) so as to allow the assembly of the assembly on the wall, and characterized in that each of said needles (12) have a diameter less than or equal to 0.9 millimeters making it possible to reduce the imprint of said needles on the wall.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Field of the invention

The present invention relates to a fixing assembly for hanging or fixing an object on a wall.

It also relates to a decorative or support piece comprising at least one such fixing assembly.

It also relates to the use of such an assembly for its anchoring on a wall, in particular on a plasterboard wall, and allowing the suspension or fixing of an object.

Technological background

Numerous technical solutions are known for suspending or fixing objects such as decorative pieces or support elements, on a wall.

First of all, state-of-the-art supports that do not require tooling and drilling will be cited, such as supports comprising one or more suction cups, the latter possibly also comprising an adhesive layer. There are also adhesive hooks or adhesive pastes.

Although they do not require drilling, these fastening devices require a particular surface finish for their fixing.

It can therefore be tedious for a user to attempt to fix such supports on unsuitable surfaces. In addition, some of these adhesives stick so well to the wall that it is impossible to remove them without removing part of the covering.

In addition, these alternatives, which seemed to adhere well to a surface, are not suitable for fixing large loads, are found on the ground with the object or objects that were carried or suspended there.

Thus, for higher loads, it is known to anchor an object in a wall by means of one or more fixings such as screws or dowels.

Although it gives good results, in particular in terms of load carried, this process inevitably damages the wall since it requires the drilling of one or more holes. It will then be necessary to reseal these unsightly holes with a coating.

Furthermore, the realization of these holes requires the implementation of tools, sometimes bulky, that an unqualified operator does not always have at his disposal.

The installation of such a support can, moreover, be time consuming. In particular, since it is not reversible, the user must ensure the correct positioning of future fasteners before drilling.

As an alternative to drilling, mention may be made of state-of-the-art supports such as Swedish or concrete hooks, hooks provided with three to four points, made of steel to be hammered into the wall.

Although not requiring drilling, it is found, however, after removal, that it is also necessary to reseal these unsightly holes with a coating.

Object of the invention

The present invention aims to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art and to meet the above constraints by proposing a fixing assembly for the suspension or fixing of an object on a wall making it possible to reduce the footprint left on the wall on which said assembly is fixed, and allowing easy and rapid installation, said assembly being able to be reused several times.

The invention also relates to a decorative or support piece comprising such a fixing assembly and a structural element for the reception of said fixing assembly.

The invention also relates to the use of such an assembly for anchoring on a wall, in particular plasterboard, to allow the suspension or the fixing of an object so as to leave a reduced imprint on the wall. .

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

To this end, the invention relates to a fixing assembly, for hanging or fixing an object on a wall.

According to the invention, this assembly comprises a movable head and a receiving body, said movable head comprising at least two needles projecting from one of its faces, said receiving body comprising at least two orifices for the passage and maintenance of each of said needles, the point of at least some of said needles passing through the receiving body when said movable head is placed in contact with said receiving body so as to allow the assembly of the assembly on the wall, said needles each having a diameter less than or equal to 0.9 millimeters making it possible to reduce the imprint of said needles on the wall.

The term “tip” of a needle within the meaning of the present invention means the free end of the latter intended to be pressed into a wall to participate in the fixing of the assembly on the latter.

It has been found that, advantageously, the diameter of each of said needles less than or equal to about 0.9 millimeters, does not damage the wall by unsightly and visible holes which it is necessary to fill in with a coating. The wall is therefore advantageously preserved.

Preferably, the diameter of each of said needles is less than or equal to about 0.7 millimeters, and even more preferably, the diameter is less than or equal to about 0.6 millimeters.

In addition, such a fixing assembly can be mounted on a wall with great ease and quickly without requiring the use of tools, the introduction of the needles into said wall being carried out by manually moving the moving head, preferably up to to press it against said receiving body.

Thus and advantageously, this fixing assembly can be easily disassembled and reassembled, for reuse in another location, the needles not being deformed by shocks generated by the use of tools. Indeed, the introduction of said needles into the wall is achieved by the mere manual movement of the movable head and therefore allows its reuse.

This attachment assembly also allows the user, prior to attachment, to determine the appropriate location on the wall, before anchoring the attachment assembly to the wall, by pre-positioning the attachment assembly. It is thus possible to determine, in a simple and effective manner, the anchorage location.

In different particular embodiments of this fixing assembly, each having its particular advantages and capable of numerous possible technical combinations:

The receiving body further supports a suspension or fixing element.

The object to be suspended is, therefore, suspended from a suspension or fixing element such as a hook or inclined finger, integral with the receiving body of said assembly.

This suspension or fixing element is chosen from the group comprising a hook, a hinged fixing element, an inclined finger, an arm comprising at its free end an eyelet for receiving a suspension wire, a loop or claw element a fastening device of the type with loops and claws, latching means intended to allow the fixing of a part by interlocking.

Said at least two needles are aligned in the transverse direction of the movable head.

These needles can be aligned by being spaced, regularly or not.

Preferably, the needles are evenly spaced in the transverse direction of the movable head.

Even more preferably, the movable head of the fixing assembly comprises three needles, regularly spaced in the transverse direction of the movable head.

The wall defining a plane having a normal, said at least two needles form an angle between 30 and 45 degrees approximately with respect to this normal.

It has been found advantageously that an angle of between 30 and 45 degrees approximately with respect to the normal of the wall forming a plane, allows easier insertion of said needles and makes it possible to prevent the needles from twisting or becoming break. Even more advantageously, it has been found that the angle thus defined makes it possible to support higher loads.

Preferably, said at least two needles form an angle of approximately 32 degrees relative to the normal of the wall forming a plane.

Such an assembly which thus allows easier attachment to a wall, advantageously makes it possible to support greater loads, while leaving a reduced imprint of said needles on the wall.

Each of said needles is less than or equal to about 14 millimeters in length.

Preferably, each of said needles has a length less than or equal to about 13 millimeters.

The length of at least one of said needles is reduced by a value less than or equal to about 5 millimeters relative to the length of the other needle or to the lengths of the other needles.

Preferably, the needle having a length reduced by a value less than or equal to approximately 5 millimeters is the needle in the central position when the moving head comprises three needles. Even more preferably, the needle having a reduced length is the needle in the central position, said needle having a length reduced by a value equal to approximately 2 millimeters. It was thus observed that an easier insertion was obtained in the wall.

The needles are preferably shaped from a metal material or alloy. For purely illustrative purposes, this material or metallic alloy is chosen from the group comprising iron, steel, aluminum, copper, bronze, cast iron.

The mobile head is made from at least one polymer and / or at least one copolymer.

The polymer can be chosen from polyolefins (polyethylene, polypropylene), vinyl polymers (poly (vinyl chloride), poly (vinyl acetate), polyvinyl alcohol), styrenic polymers, polyurethanes, polyamides, thermoplastic polymers. ..

Preferably, the material is a thermoplastic polymer. Even more preferably, the material is acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).

The part of the receiving body comprising the orifices has a thickness less than or equal to approximately 5 millimeters.

Advantageously, a thickness of the receiving body less than or equal to about 5 millimeters provides better insertion and better guidance of the needles in the orifices and thus allows better anchoring to the wall.

Even more preferably, the part of the receiving body comprising the orifices has a thickness equal to approximately 2 millimeters.

The receiving body is made from at least one polymer and / or at least one copolymer.

The polymer is chosen from polyolefins (polyethylene, polypropylene), vinyl polymers (poly (vinyl chloride), poly (vinyl acetate), polyvinyl alcohol), styrenic polymers, polyurethanes, polyamides, thermoplastic polymers, etc. .

The copolymer can be chosen from elastomers, thermoplastic elastomers, such as thermoplastic elastomers, for example thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPE-U), styrenic thermoplastic elastomers (TPE-S), termoplastic copolyesters, thermoplastic copolyamides (TPE-A).

By way of illustration only, the receiving body is made from a polymer such as, for example, a polyamide (PA) or a thermoplastic polymer. Preferably, the receiving body is made from a polycaprolactam (PA 6) or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).

Part of the receiving body forms a gripping area to facilitate and control the positioning and fixing of the assembly against the wall.

By way of illustration only, the lower part of the receiving body can form an area allowing the user to maintain the fixing assembly. For example, it can be a striated surface or having spikes forming a grip surface or a slightly concave part. It is thus possible to position and fix the assembly in a simple and effective manner.

The movable head and / or the receiving body has a surface relief to facilitate gripping.

For purely illustrative purposes, this surface relief is placed around the periphery of the moving head and / or of the receiving body. This surface relief can be a rough surface or have ridges or spikes to facilitate adhesion.

The present invention also relates to a decorative or support piece.

According to the invention, the decorative or support piece comprises at least one fixing assembly as described above and a structural element, this structural element comprising for each fixing assembly, a hole whose shape and dimensions allow reception of the reception body of said corresponding assembly, the anchoring of said structural element in a wall being ensured by the needles of said one or more fixing assemblies.

The dimensions and shape of each hole in the structural element intended to receive the receiving body ensures that this receiving body is held in position in the corresponding hole by interlocking. Alternatively, each of the openings of the structural element comprises means for locking each reception body in order to lock the reception body in position in the corresponding hole.

Finally, the invention also relates to the use of such a fixing assembly for anchoring on a wall and allowing the suspension or fixing of an object.

For purely illustrative purposes, the wall may be a plasterboard, a wall of aerated concrete or a plaster tile.

Preferably, the wall is a plasterboard.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

Figure 1 schematically shows a fixing assembly for hanging or fixing an object on a wall, according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

This assembly comprises a movable head 10 and a receiving body 11.

The movable head 10 is in one piece and is made from a thermoplastic polymer such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).

It is obtained by an injection molding process from said thermoplastic polymer

The receiving body 11 is in one piece. It is here obtained by an injection molding process either from polyamide or from thermoplastic polymer.

The receiving body 11 comprises three orifices 13 for the passage and the maintenance of each of said needles 12.

As shown in FIG. 2, the movable head 10 comprises three needles 12 projecting from one of its faces, each of said needles having a diameter approximately equal to 0.6 millimeters.

As shown in Figure 3, the movable head 10 comprises three needles 12 projecting from one of its faces, the tip of said needles having passed through the receiving body 11, the movable head 10 having been placed in contact with the receiving body 11 so as to allow the assembly of the assembly on the wall 15.
