Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de conditionnement de fruits de mer tels que des huîtres, comportant une étape d'acheminement des produits sur un convoyeur d'entrée (2), et une étape de sélection de produits pour les répartir sur une pluralité de convoyeurs de sortie (8) en fonction de leurs poids. Le procédé comporte en outre une étape de pesée individuelle de chaque produit à l'aide d'une balance (4), et une étape de distribution automatisée de chaque produit en le dirigeant vers un convoyeur de sortie en fonction de son poids. Chaque convoyeur de sortie achemine les produits vers un contenant (11) tel qu'une bourriche. De cette manière, le processus d'emballage est automatisé et la sélection des huîtres en fonction de leur poids et du nombre minimum à placer dans la bourriche, est facilitée. La sélection des produits génère moins de casse et la productivité de la ligne est améliorée.
