Abstract

Procédé non invasif de collecte de paramètres physiologiques représentatifs de shunts intra-thoraciques chez une personne, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins les étapes suivantes : i) Déterminer le débit cardiaque pulmonaire (Qcpulm) de la personne à partir de la vitesse de disparition d'un marqueur gazeux inhalé, j)déterminer le débit cardiaque systémique (Qcsyst) de la personne par une mesure de la variation d'impédance électrique au niveau du thorax, k) comparer les valeurs obtenues des débits cardiaques pulmonaire (Qcpulm) et systémique (Qcsyst) de la personne obtenus aux étapes a) et b), l)en déduire, en cas d'inégalité, au moins un paramètre physiologique représentatif, qualitativement et quantitativement, d'au moins un shunt intra-thoracique. L'invention concerne également une installation de mise en œuvre du procédé.
