Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un aimant comportant les étapes suivantes : a) fabrication d'un alliage de base fondu comportant une phase magnétique T1 de type R2M14B et une phase riche en une terre rare R choisie dans le groupe constitué par Nd, Pr, Dy, Tb, Ho, Gd et leurs mélanges, M étant un élément métallique choisi dans le groupe constitué par Fe, Co, Ni et leurs mélanges, b) fabrication d'un alliage d'additif fondu comportant une phase additive choisie dans le groupe constitué par les phases R'-Co, R'-Co-M', R'-Co-M'-B et leurs mélanges, R' désignant une terre rare lourde, M' Cu et/ou Al et/ou Ga et/ou Ni et/ou Cr et/ou Fe, c) hydruration/déshydruration desdits alliages de base et d'additif fondus, d) broyage de manière à obtenir des particules de base (a) et d'additif (b), e) préparation d'un mélange particulaire (c) comportant des particules de base (a) et d'additif (b), l'ensemble des particules de base (a) et d'additif (b) du mélange particulaire présentant une taille médiane D50 comprise entre 1 µm et 4 µm, un rapport D90/D10 inférieur à 10, de préférence inférieur à 5, D10, D50 et D90 étant définis en volume, et une teneur massique en particules d'additif comprise entre 0,1% et 2%, f) mise en forme et orientation cristallographique, g) déshydruration totale et frittage à une température de frittage supérieure à la température de fusion de ladite phase riche en terre rare et à la température de fusion des particules d'additif (b), h) de préférence, recuisson de la pièce frittée ; i) aimantation de ladite pièce frittée de manière à obtenir un aimant.
