Abstract

Emballage et procédé de fabrication d'un emballage en carton comprenant un corps tubulaire 2 fait d'une ou plusieurs couches d'un matériau cartonné et une structure obturante 14 assemblée au corps tubulaire de manière étanche, ladite structure obturante comprenant un carton-couvercle et une membrane de sécurité, ledit procédé comprenant - l'introduction de ladite structure obturante dans un outil de formage, de pose et de scellage, le chauffage et la mise en forme de ladite structure obturante sous forme d'une cuvette présentant une base et une paroi latérale parallèle à la paroi intérieure du corps tubulaire, et le scellage de la cuvette dans le dit corps tubulaire au moyen du dit outil de formage, de pose et de scellage, - la prédécoupe (4) de la paroi latérale du corps tubulaire et de la membrane de sécurité en suivant au moins une partie d'une ligne périphérique située au-dessus de la base de la dite cuvette, - au moins un rabattage de l'extrémité du corps tubulaire qui accueille ladite structure sur toute sa circonférence au moyen d'un outil d'ourlage, où le procédé comprend une étape d'embossage formant une première nervure (13) dans la paroi latérale du carton couvercle et une deuxième nervure (12) de forme conjuguée à celle de la première nervure dans la paroi latérale du corps tubulaire(2), les dites nervures étant formées sensiblement transversalement dans une zone située entre ladite ligne périphérique de prédécoupe (4) de la paroi du corps tubulaire et le fond de ladite cuvette, et formant un dispositif de clipsage du carton couvercle avec le corps tubulaire.
