Abstract

La présente invention concerne un complexe antioxydant ayant un effet synergique entre ses composants. Il comprend : a) de la vitamine E et/ou ses dérivés ; b) un extrait de thé vert et/ou ses dérivés ; et c) un extrait de cacao. L'invention concerne également des compositions cosmétiques et pharmaceutiques comprenant ledit complexe antioxydant et un support physiologiquement acceptable. Le complexe antioxydant et les compositions susvisés aident à prévenir et protéger contre des dommages des cellules et de la peau dus à l'action des radicaux libres, et protègent également l'ADN, les protéines et la membrane cellulaire.
