Abstract

Ce dispositif de bouchage (1) d'un col (3) de récipient (2), comporte un support (4) sensiblement tubulaire, définissant un premier axe (X-X) et apte à être solidarisé au col, un bouchon (14) de section sensiblement annulaire, articulé sur le support entre une position fermée et une position ouverte, une bande d'inviolabilité (20) de section sensiblement annulaire, portée de façon mobile par le support et reliée au bouchon dans sa position fermée par au moins un pontet frangible apte à être rompu lorsque le bouchon passe pour la première fois de sa position fermée à sa position ouverte. Pour rendre le dispositif à la fois facile d'utilisation et robuste, le support comporte une languette d'accrochage (8) qui s'étend depuis le support le long d'un deuxième axe (Y-Y) sensiblement perpendiculaire au premier axe (X-X) et qui est apte à s'engager dans une ouverture réalisée dans le bouchon. De plus, le bouchon est apte à prendre une forme de section ovoïde par pression latérale selon un troisième axe sensiblement perpendiculaire à la fois aux premier et deuxième axes lorsque le bouchon est dans la position fermée, le pontet ou au moins un des pontets étant situé dans une portion de la bande par laquelle passe le troisième axe. En outre, lorsque le bouchon prend sa forme de section ovoïde, la languette d'accrochage est dégagée de l'ouverture du bouchon après rupture du ou des pontets.
