Jusqu'à ce jour,les horodateurs,les parcmètres, les appareils avec cartes sont utilisés par les automobilistes,pour rob-tention d'un ticket leur permettant,une durée,un temps de station nement sur un parking payant. L'utilisation de ces appareils est soumis à une condition :avoir de la monnaie ou une carte,en cours de validité,dans un premier temps. Ensuite,il y a les contraintes imposées par l'emplacement de ces appareils.L'usager doit se déplacer sur 20,30, ou 40 mètres,aller,et rechercher un appareil en état de fonctionner. Faute de disposer,immédiatement,de l'une de ces conditions, l'usager risque,en cas d'absence,une amende et la contravention. Avec le timbre de stationnement,l'usager n'est plus assu- jetti aux contraintes des horodateurs et autres appareils.I1 n'a pas besoin de rechercher un horodateur pour se justifier et légaliser son temps de stationnement. Au cours de ses achats,dans l'un des points de vente,l'unager achète un carnet à souches contenant 7 ou 12 timbres de sta tionnement.A son arrivée sur le parking payant,il écrit la date (le jour,le mois)et son heure de départ prévue(fin de stationnement)sur le timbre,et c'est tout.Il pose ensuite,comme d'habitude le timbre devant le tableau de bord. Avec le timbre et son numéro d'agrément,l'usager emporte 25 la SOLUTION avec lui,avant même d'être sur les lieux d'un parking payant.(avec timbres.) Les timbres de stationnement sont imprimés sur feuilles, avec la partie détachable,et,ensuite fixés,avec le talon,sur un carnet à souches qui sert de support,pour 7 ou 12 timbres.Ils 30 sont présentés avec une bordure découpée,dans un pointillé très prononcé,difficile à reproduire à la main,avec un papier comportant un grain différent de la normalisation ;avec des cases à remplir par l'usager,à l'encre noire; avec des couleurs différentes,selon la durée du temps de stationnement,sur le parking,soit: 35 vert pour 30' - Bleue pour 1H00 - jaune pour 1H30 - Rouge pour 2H00 -Orangée pour 4HOO,couleurs permettant d'identifier le timbre,mais aussi pour faciliter le contr8le. - 2 - Pour pouvoir prétendre à des critères d'utilité,de facili té et de nouveauté,des cases,à remplir,sont mises à la disposition de l'usager. Pour la date, 4 cases,au centre du timbre ; 4 cases, dans le bas du timbre,pour l'heure de départ ou fin de stationne-ment.En dessous:la mention,"TIMBRE de STATIONNEMENT" est inscrite, la durée du temps de Stationnement,soit Bleu= 1 H 00, et le prix en euros Les critères d'utilité sont confirmés avec l'agrément de la ville,promoteur du projet.. Claims
