Description
La présente invention est un dispositif de coffrage holistique à bancher à procédé de levage à un point s'appuyant sur la coulée de mortier en cours de durcissement pour garantir une rectitude d'érection et permettant la construction à un rythme industriel de carcasses monobloc de maisons individuelles intégrant semelle, soubassement, vide sanitaire, tableaux d'huisserie, aérations, réservations, murs en élévation, planchers et pignons, ainsi que de piscines intégrant skimmers et bonde (Figure n°2). Traditionnellement l'utilisation de la technique du banchage implique un assemblage sur site de banches individuelles qui ne constituent que des parties d'ouvrage et ne permettent donc pas de construire des structures monoblocs, garantie d'une solidité accrue.The present invention is a one-point holistic shuttering formwork device based on the curing mortar casting to ensure erect straightness and enabling the construction of monoblock housing carcasses at an industrial rate. Une (1) pièce métallique C pouvant être de dimension variable et qui est adaptable à la pièce métallique B, servant à définir la hauteur de soubassement préconisée par la D.T.U. Cette pièce métallique C est aussi superposable à la pièce A pour couler une dalle en élévation en utilisant une pièce D. Durant le temps de prise de la coulée initiale de béton figeant, l'ensemble suspendu constitué des pièces A+B+C est maintenu à niveau par quatre (4) stabilisateurs E. Le dispositif selon l'invention comporte en effet une deuxième caractéristique en ce sens qu'il 35 fonctionne par un système de suspension et de levage mono-point par grue composé de l'arrimage par le haut de l'ensemble A + B +C aux pièces suivantes: - un (1) cadre métallique F de forme carrée dont la dimension du côté est égale celle de la largeur totale du coffrage holistique à bancher, F étant lui même arrimé par le haut à: 40 - un (1) point de levage unique G situé au plein centre géométrique du coffrage holistique à bancher et lui-même arrimé à une grue de levage, le centrage s'effectuant par le durcissement du béton coulé en continu. Le dispositif, selon l'invention, présente une troisième caractéristique, la modularité en ce sens 45 que le coffrage holistique à bancher suspendu peut varier dans ses dimensions.
