Description

The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner device, designed to suck air and liquid. Vacuum cleaners are already known for drawing in air and a liquid, whether in the form of a rolling or hand-operated vacuum cleaner, whether or not associated with a window squeegee device, for example. These devices each comprise a body provided at one end with a suction mouthpiece intended to be moved on the surface to be treated, and inside a reservoir for storing the aspirated liquid, a means for creating a depression in said body, and a separator disposed downstream of said mouth and upstream of said reservoir and said means for creating a depression, for directing the liquid to said reservoir and to prevent it from deteriorate said means for creating a depression. In most cases the separation is carried out through a separator, motorized or not, which allows by deflection or by centrifugation to divert the fluid to the reservoir.

The present inventor has thus proposed in the documents WO2007116177, WO2010018342 and WO2008065313, solutions for separating the liquid from the air, if these solutions constitute advances in the field, they are not suitable for all cases, for example, their relative complexity, which can lead to a high cost. Simple solutions are also known, in which the means of creating a depression is protected by a deflecting wall so as to create the depression necessary for achieving suction, while preventing the liquid from reaching said means of creation. of a depression. WO2009086891 discloses a vacuum device comprising such a separator, consisting of a convex wall interposed between the suction mouth and the means for creating a vacuum. This separator is of great simplicity of manufacture, however it has the disadvantage of not allowing the use of the vacuum cleaner device in all positions. Indeed it is perfectly possible that during the manipulation of the device, and a succession of turns, that liquid is deposited on the baffle wall, the side facing the means of creating a depression which is further concave, with the risk, in a final reversal, of a fall towards said means for creating a depression. In fact, it would be possible to overcome these disadvantages by greatly increasing the power of the means for creating a vacuum so as to obtain sufficient suction to direct the liquid to the reservoir, however, such a construction would make the device unusable. makes its weight. The object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner device designed for suction of air and liquid, which makes it possible to remedy the various aforementioned drawbacks. The vacuum cleaner device, designed for suction of air and liquid, according to the invention, comprises a body provided at one end with a suction mouthpiece intended to be displaced on the surface to be treated, and inside a reservoir for storing the aspirated liquid and a means for creating a depression in said body, and it is essentially characterized in that it comprises, upstream of said means for creating a depression and directly opposite said mouth, a partition wall equipped with a well projecting towards said mouth. The vacuum cleaner device according to the invention does not include a liquid separator. In fact, it has been found that during aspiration, the sucked liquid is pressed onto the walls of the body of the vacuum cleaner to flow into the tank. The well projecting towards the mouth is intended to prevent the liquid from dripping towards the means for creating a depression.

The runoff along the walls of the vacuum cleaner body is constant during suction, so it is possible to turn the vacuum cleaner device without risk of introducing liquid into the suction means. The advantages and characteristics of the device according to the invention will emerge more clearly from the description which follows and which refers to the appended drawing, which represents several non-limiting embodiments thereof. In the accompanying drawing: - Figure 1 shows a partial schematic view of a vacuum cleaner device according to the invention. - Figure 2 shows a partial schematic perspective view of the same device. Referring to Figure 1, there can be seen a vacuum cleaner device 1 designed for suction of air and liquid according to the invention, and more particularly the active part thereof. Thus it can be seen that it comprises, in a manner known per se, a body 2 provided at its end with a suction mouth 20, a means for creating a depression 3 capable of generating a depression inside the body 2 , and a reservoir 20 3 for storing the aspirated liquid. According to the invention, as can also be seen in FIG. 2, the vacuum cleaner device 1 comprises, sandwiched between the suction mouthpiece 20 and the means for creating a depression 5, a wall 4 which closes the access to the means of creating a depression 3, and which is provided with a well 40 which protrudes from the wall 4 towards the suction mouth 20, which well 40 has a hole 41. In practice , the depression created in the body 2 by the means 3 allows to suck through the mouth 20, a mixture of air 30 and liquid. As soon as it enters the body 2, the liquid L splits into droplets that press against the inside face 21 of the wall 22 of the body 2, whereas the air A is sucked by the means for creating a depression. , passing through hole 41.

The liquid L flows along the wall 22 to flow into the reservoir 3. The liquid L flowing on the wall 4, can bypass the well 40 to reach the reservoir 3. As long as the depression is maintained, the liquid remains plated on the wall 22 and flows to the reservoir 3, so that it can not reach the means for creating a depression 5 and risk damaging it.
