Abstract
Dispositif actionneur comprenant : . une partie fixe (2) formant un bâti (13, 15, 16) comportant un ressort (4) permettant d'exercer une poussée mécanique sur une partie mobile (20); . une partie mobile (20) comportant un clapet (5) évoluant en translation entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture, les positions de fermeture et d'ouverture permettant de réguler la circulation d'un fluide au travers d'une entrée (17), . une source (12) d'un champ magnétique (11) générant une force magnétique de maintien du clapet (5), la partie mobile (20) comprenant au moins pour une première partie un matériau ayant un état ferromagnétique en dessous d'une température critique, de sorte que : ○ en-dessous de la température critique, l'ouverture ou la fermeture du clapet (5) résulte du bilan des forces entre la force magnétique de maintien et la poussée mécanique et ; ○ au-dessus de la température critique, l'intensité de la force magnétique de maintien devient inférieure à l'intensité de la poussée mécanique s'y opposant, engageant la partie mobile dans sa position de fermeture.An actuator device comprising: a fixed part (2) forming a frame (13, 15, 16) comprising a spring (4) for exerting a mechanical thrust on a movable part (20); . a movable part (20) comprising a valve (5) moving in translation between an open position and a closed position, the closing and opening positions for regulating the flow of a fluid through an inlet (17),. a source (12) of a magnetic field (11) generating a magnetic holding force of the valve (5), the movable part (20) comprising at least for a first part a material having a ferromagnetic state below a temperature critical, so that: ○ below the critical temperature, the opening or closing of the valve (5) results from the balance of forces between the holding magnetic force and the mechanical thrust and; ○ above the critical temperature, the intensity of the holding magnetic force becomes less than the intensity of the mechanical thrust opposing it, engaging the moving part in its closed position.
