Description

The invention relates to a transport and preservation packaging made from a blank of sheet material such as cardboard or corrugated cardboard. Potential applications include the transport of fresh food such as fish or meat, either alone or with added ice.

This package is composed of a bottom and relatively sealed side walls to resist exudates and / or melting ice and control the retention, possibly channeling the evacuation, and a lid adapted to this background. Packaging used for these applications is known. A representation combining several technical devices is in patent EP 93401932.4.

This patent includes devices shown in FIG. 4 such as lateral bellows delimited by two 90 ° folds (mark 110) and a 45 ° fold (mark 113) between the two preceding ones, or assembly devices by the exterior such as panels (107) and their extensions on both sides combined with the panels (mark 109). The purpose of the bellows is to ensure the continuity of the side walls with each other and with the bottom and the purpose of the external mounting devices not to allow the rise of liquids by capillarity in the material as would the inner devices. The aforementioned devices have the advantage of not having any slice of material in contact with the inner liquid.

On the other hand, the disadvantages of these existing devices are multiple. The bellows have, like the fold (item 113) of the aforementioned patent, 180 ° bends which cause the partial rupture of the inner protective coating film and redoubled walls whose resistance to folding affects the ease of assembly and to precision.

The assembly devices from the outside have the major disadvantage of a difficulty of mounting often prohibitive for a mechanized and / or fast assembly and a weakening of the stacking resistance of packs superimposed by excessive play. The present invention aims to overcome these disadvantages while ensuring the necessary relative sealing. Figure 1 is a plan view of the bottom of a packaging object of the invention, as delivered by the packaging manufacturer to the user who has a mounting / assembly machine, after cutting to the punch and before mounting volume and assembly of the package on itself. Figure 2 is a view of the lid of a packaging object of the invention, as delivered to the user customer by the packaging manufacturer, flat, after die cutting. Figure 3 is a volume view of the bottom of the package of Figure 1, after assembly and assembly before filling by the customer user. FIG. 4 is a volume view of the bottom of the package of FIG. 3 after filling and placing in place the lid of FIG. 2. The first component (F) of the packaging which is the subject of the invention is the bottom This first component is constructed around the central panel (1) constituting the bottom itself, preferably rectangular or square, extended on its four sides by opposite rectangular substantially lateral panels (2 and 3). two by two on either side of the central panel (1) in perpendicular directions. The first side panels (2) opposite in the first direction are connected at the bottom by hinge folds (4). The second side panels (3) opposite in the direction perpendicular to the preceding one are connected at the bottom by hinge folds (5). The second side panels (3) are themselves extended by panels (6) of partial closure of the upper part of the bottom, connected with the second side panels (3) by hinge folds (7) and themselves extended in a perpendicular direction by complementary assembly lugs (8) via fold and hinge lines (9). In a same direction parallel to the previous one, main assembly tabs (10) also extend the second side panels (3) via fold and articulation lines (11).

25 30 The volume and assembly are carried out as follows: - in I: removal of large thick adhesive strokes (12) parallel to the fold lines (11) between the second side panels (3) and the legs of main assembly (10). This line of adhesive, deposited on the second side panels (3) are very close to the fold lines (11) so as to be in facing relation with the edge of the material of the first side panels (2) when these this will abut abut support on the inner face of the second side panels (3). Thus, the glue will close the wafer of the material (13) over the entire height-depth of the package and provide the joints necessary for sealing the perimeter constituted by the alternating succession of side panels (2 and 3). The adhesive lines (12) are substantially in the extension of the hinge folds (4) which connect the central panel (1) to the first side panels (2), -in 2nd: removal of finer assembling adhesive lines (14) on the inner face of the main assembly lugs (10) and brought into contact for superimposed attachment of these main assembly lugs (10) on the outer face of the first side panels (2), in Seme: depositing shorter lines of bonding glue (15) on the inner face of the secondary fastening lugs (8) and contacting for superimposition fixing of these secondary fastening lugs (8) on the outer face of the lugs main assembly (10). At least one hole per panel, otherwise 2 or 3, is cut in the side panels tangentially to their fold and articulation lines with the central panel, the holes allowing the exudates or meltwater to be removed from the roof. ice outside the packaging in accordance with certain laws when the conditions of storage and transport permit. Packagings for air transport, for example, have no escape holes. The second component (C) of the packaging object of the invention is the cover shown in Figures 2 and 4. It is adapted to the structure of the upper plane of the first component that it completes to finish closing the packaging. This second component is constituted by a main flat panel (20) substantially in the shape of a cross. Twice two parallel fold and articulation lines (22) delimit locking tabs (21). While the main panel (20) partially overlaps the panels (6) of partial closure of the bottom, the free ends of the locking tabs (21), after pivoting along their hinge lines (22) are slid under these same panels to prevent horizontal displacement of the cover (C) in both directions perpendicular to the side walls of the bottom (2 and 3). At the periphery of these panels and tabs, the lines (23) straight or at right angles constituting the perimeter of this cover (C) are advantageously bevelled or rounded to reduce the possibilities of attachment of the packages together during the manipulations. The distance between the two parallel fractional joint lines (21) of the cover (C) is less than the remaining free space between the two bottom partial closure panels (6) of the bottom (F) so that the locking tabs ( 21) can be correctly engaged under the partial closure panels (6) and positioned in such a way as to be in planes forming an obtuse angle with the central panel (20) of the cover so as not to bear on the contents . The maximum distance between the opposite free outer edges of two locking tabs (21) on the same side of the lid (C) is substantially equal to the internal distance available between the two first side panels (2) of the bottom (F). when they are in position after setting volume, and, to avoid any lateral displacement of the cover relative to the bottom in this direction. 25 30
