Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cathode poreuse comprenant : - un support électro-conducteur poreux, et - déposé sur ledit support, un matériau composite comprenant au moins : - un oxyde de terre rare qui est présent au moins en partie en surface de la cathode ; et - des particules métalliques comprenant au moins un composé d'un métal de transition propre à réagir avec un hydrure pour former un hydrure métallique, lesdites particules étant au moins présentes en partie surface de la cathode.
