Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'enrichissement d'un corps gras en caroténoïdes issus d'une matière végétale fraîche contenant de tels caroténoïdes, comprenant les étapes successives suivantes : (a) élimination de 20 à 60 % en poids d'eau de la matière végétale fraîche, (b) mélange de la matière végétale obtenue à l'étape (a) avec le corps gras à une température supérieure au point de fusion du corps gras, (c) soumission du mélange obtenu à l'étape (b) à des ultrasons à une température supérieure au point de fusion du corps gras, et (d) séparation du corps gras enrichi en caroténoïdes de la matière végétale.The present invention relates to a process for enriching a fatty substance with carotenoids obtained from fresh plant material containing such carotenoids, comprising the following successive steps: (a) elimination of 20 to 60% by weight of water from the fresh plant material, (b) mixing the plant material obtained in step (a) with the fatty substance at a temperature above the melting point of the fatty substance, (c) submitting the mixture obtained in step (b) with ultrasound at a temperature above the melting point of the fatty substance, and (d) separation of the fatty substance enriched in carotenoids from the plant material.
