Abstract
L'invention a trait à un procédé de préparation d'un combustible formé d'une solution solide d'oxyde d'uranium et de plutonium de composition prédéterminée comprenant successivement les étapes suivantes : a) une étape de mise en contact d'une poudre d'oxyde (s) d'uranium et d'une poudre d'oxyde de plutonium ; b) une étape du compactage sous forme d'au moins une pastille du mélange obtenu en a) ; c) une étape de traitement thermique des pastilles obtenues en b) dans des conditions efficaces pour l'obtention de la solution solide susmentionnée ; d) une étape de broyage en poudre des pastilles obtenues à l'issue de l'étape c) ; e) une étape de compactage sous forme d'au moins une pastille de la poudre obtenu en d) ; f) une étape de frittage de la ou les pastilles obtenues en e).The invention relates to a method for preparing a fuel formed from a solid solution of uranium and plutonium oxide of predetermined composition, comprising successively the following steps: a) a step of bringing a powder of uranium oxide(s) and a powder of plutonium oxide into contact; b) a step of compacting the mixture obtained in a) into the form of at least one pellet; c) a step of heat treatment of the pellets obtained in b) under conditions effective for obtaining the aforementioned solid solution; d) a step of grinding the pellets obtained at the end of step c) into powder; e) a step of compacting the powder obtained in d) into the form of at least one pellet; f) a step of sintering the pellet(s) obtained in e).
