Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- REVENDICATIONS1.- Fluorimètre (10) submersible destiné à être monté sur un système sous-marin pour l'étude de composés aromatiques fluorescents de l'environnement aquatique, chaque composé aromatique possédant au moins un fluorophore, du type comprenant : - un module d'excitation (40) adapté pour exciter le fluorophore ; et - un module de détection (42) adapté pour détecter de la lumière émise par le fluorophore excité, caractérisé en ce que le module d'excitation (40) comprend une première source de lumière (44) possédant une première LED UV et présentant une première longueur d'onde inférieure à 300 nm.2.- Fluorimètre (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première longueur d'onde est sensiblement égale à 250 nm.3.- Fluorimètre (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le module de détection (42) comporte une première photodiode (48), une première lentille de collimation et un premier filtre optique d'interférence.4.- Fluorimètre (10) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le premier filtre optique d'interférence est centré sensiblement sur 360 nm ou sur 427 nm.5.- Fluorimètre (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une partie de fixation (12) adaptée pour être fixée sur le système sous-marin et une partie de mesure (14) adaptée pour être immergée.6.- Fluorimètre (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie de mesure (14) comporte un capot (24) de protection contre la lumière ambiante.7.- Fluorimètre (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il possède une forme sensiblement cylindrique.8.- Fluorimètre (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le module d'excitation (40) comporte une deuxième source de lumière (46) possédant une deuxième LED UV et présentant une deuxième longueur d'onde inférieure à 300 nm, les première et deuxième longueurs d'onde étant différentes l'une de l'autre.9.- Fluorimètre (10) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième longueur d'onde est sensiblement égale à 280 nm.10.- Fluorimètre (10) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le module de détection (42) comporte une deuxième photodiode (50), une deuxième lentille de collimation (62) et un deuxième filtre optique d'interférence (54).11.- Fluorimètre (10) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième filtre optique d'interférence (54) est centré sensiblement sur 340 nm ou sur 405 nm.12.- Fluorimètre (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est adapté pour l'étude d'hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques tels que le phénanthrène (Phe), d'acides aminés tels que le tryptophane (Try), et de traceurs de sources de matière organique tels que les acides humiques terrestres (AHT) et les acides humiques marins (AHM).13.- Fluorimètre (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il est adapté pour descendre à des profondeurs allant jusqu'à 1000 m.14.- Fluorimètre (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il est adapté pour être monté sur tout type de système sous-marin, autonome ou câblé, tels que les planeurs ou « gliders », les flotteur-profileurs, les bouées fixes ou dérivantes, les véhicules à hélice et les robots télécommandés.
