Abstract

The head (116) has a wall (120) provided with external openings for dispensing fog, and an obturator (126) for sealing a fog supply pipe that supplies fog to the openings. The obturator integrally extends remote from the external openings. The obturator is movable with respect to a controller. The controller is movable with respect to the wall, around an axis perpendicular to a main axis of symmetry (19) of the head. The controller prevents or limits supply of fog to one of the openings while authorizing the supply of fog to the other opening. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a spraying installation for a product display case (2) a method for avoiding dispensing of fog by a spraying installation.
