Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de la concentration en une molécule comme CO, NO, NO dans une atmosphère gazeuse à une température supérieure à 1200°C, ladite molécule comprenant une raie d'absorption à une longueur d'onde comprise entre 4 et 8 µm, ledit dispositif comprenant un émetteur d'un rayonnement laser de longueur d'onde correspondant à celle de la raie d'absorption, ledit émetteur émettant le rayonnement laser au travers d'une première fenêtre puis au travers de ladite atmosphère, ladite fenêtre étant en un matériau solide présentant une transmittance supérieure à 50% à la longueur d'onde du rayonnement laser et pour une épaisseur de 1 mm, le rayonnement laser étant analysé après la traversée de ladite atmosphère par un analyseur déterminant l'absorption du rayonnement laser par la molécule dans l'atmosphère gazeuse. L'invention permet une mesure en continu et pendant le fonctionnement normal de l'installation sur laquelle elle est montée. Le dispositif selon l'invention peut équiper un four verrier et mesurer en continu la concentration en espèces gazeuses dans l'atmosphère chaude pendant le fonctionnement normal du four. Cela permet de régler les brûleurs du four en cours de fonctionnement.
