Abstract
The device has an electrical sensor (20) e.g. rain or brightness sensor, for detecting weather conditions e.g. rain, and an electricity generation unit (10) for generating electricity with a portion of heat flow (70) by thermoelectric effect for supplying the electrical sensor. A data processing system is connected with the weather conditions detecting device via wireless link. A transceiver (40) provided for ensuring wireless link is fed by the electricity generation unit. The electricity generation unit is arranged in a thermoelectric module.
