Abstract
La présente invention concerne une cartouche permettant la réalisation d'un procédé d'analyse d'acides nucléiques compris dans un échantillon, comprenant un corps principal (1) réalisé en un substrat, dans lequel sont formés au moins une chambre réactionnelle (6) et une chambre de détection (10) d'au moins un acide nucléique, susceptible d'être contenu dans l'échantillon, un circuit microfluidique comportant un moyen d'injection de l'échantillon (7), des moyen d'injection et d'évacuation de fluides (4 et 13) respectivement dans et hors de la cartouche, des cavités, des canaux fluidiques (2) et des vannes aptes à les obturer. Selon l'invention, ladite cartouche comprend (a) une première face dite face d'actuation (16), à partir de laquelle est réalisée l'actuation des vannes de la cartouche, et (b) une deuxième face, opposée à ladite face d'actuation comportant la chambre de détection (10) d'au moins un acide nucléique susceptible d'être contenu dans l'échantillon, dite face de détection (15).
