Abstract

The appliance has a pressing screw (7) driven in rotation along a vertical axis (15) in a working chamber (2). The working chamber is provided with a food introducing spout (40) that is connected at an upper end of the pressing screw. A filtering element (5) separates the working chamber into two compartments (6, 8), where one of the compartments comprises an evacuation outlet (9). The filtering element comprises a filtering part (55). The filtering part is arranged between the pressing screw and the evacuation outlet.
