Abstract

The sensor has a rotationally movable disk (6) centered on a rotational shaft that is driven by a moving element to measure an angular position at a given instant. The disk includes two concentric circular tracks, where each track is provided with opaque and transparent zones. A photoreceptor (4) is arranged such that light (F) emitted by an LED (3) is traverse to the disk before being received by the photoreceptor. The LED is isolated and placed at distance (C) from the photoreceptor so that the photoreceptor receives a beam of non-deviated light.
