Abstract

The device has a metal core (A) supporting silicone layers (B, C) forming a prefabricated suction effect socket. The core is provided with a cylinder (S) at top of the core. The cylinder allows positioning a non-return valve and centering of an umbrella shaped part (D). The core provides depression that allows applying the high silicone thickness around circumference and the adequate hardness to obtain the sufficient and required rigidity to maintain the sleeve.

Description

La présente invention a trait d'une manière générale à un dispositif qui réalisé dans différentes dimensions permet la réalisation rapide d'emboitures en silicone ou autre matériau pour avant-bras et bras directement sur le patient. Les réalisations classiques des emboitures orthopédiques destinées aux amputés de membres supérieurs sont réalisées en résine à partir de d'empreintes positives en platre réalisées sur le patient ce qui requiert un temps de prise d'empreintes, un temps de modification du positif plâtre et un temps de réalisation de l'emboîture en résine proprement dite. Le dispositif décrit ci-dessous a pour but de réduire les temps de travail de l'applicateur ainsi que celui du patient pour l'obtention de la prothèse. La présente invention comporte un dispositif permettant la réalisation d'emboitures préfabriquées à effet ventouse directement sur le patient composées d'un support métallique, de diverses couches de silicones, de trame de renfort , de valve anti retour, d'un dispositif en forme d'ombrelle possédant une partie qui sert de protection à ladite valve et qui sert aussi de support à la tige supportant la partie prothétique du bras ou de l'avant-bras et réalisées comme suit: -un noyau en métal (A) Fig1 qui sert de support au silicone qui forme l'emboiture, ce noyau possède à son sommet un cylindre (S) Fig.1 qui permet le centrage de la pièce (D) Fig.1,2,3 et laisse le passage pour positionner la valve anti-retour (H) Fig.2. Ce noyau (A) Fig.1 possède une dépression (L) Fig.1 qui permet d'appliquer une épaisseur de silicone plus importante sur le pourtour et d'une dureté adéquate afin d'obtenir une rigidité nécessaire et suffissante pour le maintien du manchon, -une ombrelle (D) Fig.1,2,3 munie de perçages (M) Fig.3 qui aident la fixation de celle-ci a l'emboiture silicone et surmontée d'une partie cylindrique creuse (E) Fig.1,2,3 servant de passage et de protection à la valve anti-retour, et qui possède un filtage extérne destiné à la fixation de la prothèse proprement dite à l'aide d'un axe (F) Fig.1, -une couche de silicone (N) Fig.1 ou autre matériau analergique est obtenue par trempage de la pièce (A) Fig.1 à l'aide d'un axe se vissant dans le filtage (R) Fig.1 dans le silicone liquide par exemple pour le contact direct avec la peau du patient, -une couche de silicone plus épaisse (B) Fig.1 obtenue par lamination de silicone en pate par exemple et qui sert de maintien à l'ensemble de l'emboiture et de support à l'ombrelle (D), -une trame (Q) Fig.1 en matériau résistant inserrèe entre la couche de silicone (B) et (C) Fig.1 permet de rigidifier la partie interessée de l'emboiture silicone, 2962327 -2- -une couche de silicone (C) Fig.2 obtenue par lamination de silicone en pate par exemple, sert de fixation à l'ombrelle (D) Fig.2,3 sur la couche silicone (B) Fig.2, les trous (M) Fig.3 aident à la fixation de cette ombrelle entre les couches de silicone (B) et 5 (C) Fig.1, -une couche de silicone (T) obtenue par trempage dans le silicone liquide par exemple qui sert de finition à l'ensemble extérieur et se superpose et se colle sur la partie distale, à la couche de silicone (N) Fig.1; -une valve anti-retour en silicone (H) Fig.3 qui permet d'obtenir un effet 10 ventouse avec le moignon en facilitant l'échappement de l'air de l'intérieur de l'emboiture silicone, et empêche l'air de s'échapper quand le moignon du patient est inserré dans l'emboiture silicone et qui sera collée avec une colle appropriée à l'intérieur de l'emboiture silicone (B) Fig.1 après la catalisation de l'ensemble des couches silicone.
