Claims (17)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Ensemble comprenant un insert (1) et un outillage de manutention de cet insert (1) vis-à-vis d'un panneau alvéolaire (2), cet outillage comprenant un instrument (9) muni d'un embout chauffant (10) qui est en relation avec des moyens de chauffage (11) et qui est agencé en doigt logeable à l'intérieur d'une cavité (6) que comporte l'insert (1) pour élever en température un matériau de scellement (3) entourant l'insert (1), caractérisé en ce que l'instrument (9) est équipé de moyens de saisie (12) de l'insert (1) et de moyens de positionnement (13) relatif entre l'instrument (9) et un plan d'appui.
- 2. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les dits moyens de saisie (12) sont ménagés 15 sur l'embout (10), dont la conformation est définie par la conformation de la cavité (6) de l'insert (1) qu'il épouse étroitement.
- 3. Ensemble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de saisie (12) sont formés de moyens de jonction coopérant avec des moyens de jonction 20 complémentaires (7) que comporte la cavité (6) de l'insert (1).
- 4. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'outillage comprend des moyens de régulation continue (20) de la puissance de chauffe fournie par les moyens de 25 chauffage (11), qui sont placés sous la dépendance d'au moins un capteur de température (21) porté par l'instrument (9) en bordure de l'embout (10).
- 5. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'outillage comprend des moyens de régulation (22) de la puissance énergétique consommée par les moyens de chauffage (11), qui constituent des moyens de sécurité à l'encontre d'un chauffage excessif de l'insert (1).
- 6. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de positionnement (13) comprennent au moins une jambe de tenue (14) sur ledit plan d'un châssis (16) qui est porteur de l'instrument (9) suivant une direction axiale d'extension de l'embout (10).
- 7. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'outillage comprend des moyens de mobilité (17) de l'embout (10) par rapport au dit plan d'appui suivant une direction axiale d'extension de l'embout (10).
- 8. Ensemble selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de mobilité (17) de l'embout (10) sont indifféremment interposés entre le châssis (16) et l'instrument (9) et/ou intégrés à la jambe d'appui (14) et/ou interposés entre l'instrument (9) et l'embout (10).
- 9. Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de mobilité (17) sont équipés de moyens de tarage (18) de leur mise en oeuvre spontanée à partir d'un seuil d'affaiblissement déterminé de la résistance mécanique exercée par le matériau de scellement (3) en prise sur l'insert (1), à l'encontre de ladite manoeuvre spontanée des moyens de mobilité (17).
- 10. Procédé de mise en oeuvre d'un ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour manutentionner l'insert (1) au moyen de l'outillage vis-à-vis d'un panneau alvéolaire (2) qui comporte un logement (8) de réception de l'insert (1) et auquel l'insert (1) doit indifféremment être implanté ou retiré, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les opérations de mise en prise l'un à l'autre de l'insert (1) et de l'instrument (9) préalablement au chauffage de l'embout (10), et de maintien en position de l'insert (1) à l'intérieur du logement (8) au moyen de l'instrument (9) auquel il est assemblé, depuis l'initialisation de l'opération de chauffage de l'embout (10) jusqu'à l'obtention d'au moins un changement d'état du matériau de scellement (3).
- 11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'opération de chauffage de l'embout (10) consiste à chauffer l'embout (10) en régulant en continu la température de chauffe, en fonction de la température de l'insert (1) mesurée en continu à partir des informations en provenance au moins du dit capteur de température (21).
- 12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 et 11, l'outillage étant utilisé pour implanter l'insert (1) à l'intérieur du panneau alvéolaire (2), ce procédé comprenant les opérations consistant à : *) ménager un logement (8) de réception de l'insert (1) à l'intérieur du panneau alvéolaire (2), *) interposer un matériau de scellement (3) entre l'insert (1) et la paroi du logement (8), *) introduire l'embout à l'intérieur de la cavité de l'insert, *) placer l'insert à l'intérieur du logement,*) chauffer l'embout (10) pour provoquer une élévation de température du matériau de scellement (3) par l'intermédiaire de l'insert (1) jusqu'à l'obtention d'un changement d'état du matériau de scellement (3), s *) retirer l'embout (10) hors de la cavité (6) que comporte l'insert (1) au moins après l'obtention du dit changement d'état du matériau de scellement (3), caractérisé en ce que l'opération de maintien de l'insert (1) par l'instrument (9) perdure depuis l'initialisation du chauffage de io l'embout (10) jusqu'à l'obtention d'un durcissement du matériau de scellement (3) à un seuil prédéterminé de solidarisation de l'insert (1) avec le panneau alvéolaire (2).
- 13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les opérations consistant à : 15 *) assembler l'insert (1) avec l'instrument (9) par l'intermédiaire des moyens de saisie (12), *) introduire l'insert (1) à l'intérieur du logement (8) indifféremment antérieurement ou postérieurement à son assemblage avec l'instrument (9), 20 *) positionner l'instrument (9) par rapport au panneau alvéolaire (2) par l'intermédiaire des moyens de positionnement (13), *) maintenir l'insert (1) centré à l'intérieur du logement (8) par les moyens de positionnement (13) pendant l'opération de chauffage de l'embout (10) et jusqu'à l'obtention d'un durcissement du matériau de 25 scellement (3) à un seuil prédéterminé, *) séparer l'insert (1) de l'instrument (9) en rompant la mise en coopération entre les dits moyens de saisie (12) et l'insert (1), et retirer l'embout (10) hors de la cavité (6) que comporte l'insert (1).
- 14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 et 13, caractérisé en ce que l'opération de chauffage de l'embout (10) consiste à chauffer l'embout (10) en régulant en continu la température de chauffe de sorte que la température de l'insert (1) n'excède pas une température correspondant à une phase de transition vitreuse ni d'un liant identifié intégré au panneau alvéolaire (2) ni d'un liant identifié intégré au matériau de scellement (3).
- 15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 et so 11, l'outillage étant utilisé pour le retrait d'un insert (1) hors d'un panneau alvéolaire (2) duquel il est rendu solidaire par l'intermédiaire d'un matériau de scellement (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les opérations consistant à *) saisir initialement l'insert (1) au moyen de l'instrument (9), 15 *) chauffer l'insert (1) au moyen de l'embout (10) à un seuil prédéterminé de température, jusqu'à l'obtention d'un changement d'état du matériau de scellement (3), *) retirer par extraction l'insert (1) hors du logement (8) que comporte le panneau alvéolaire (2) par la mise en oeuvre des dits moyens de 20 mobilité (17).
- 16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé, le matériau de scellement (3) étant un matériau thermodurcissable : *) en ce que l'opération de chauffage de l'embout (10) consiste à 25 chauffer l'embout (10) en régulant en continu la température de chauffe jusqu'à l'obtention d'un passage du matériau de scellement (3) depuis son état solide thermiquement durci vers une phase detransition vitreuse affaiblissant ses caractéristiques de résistance mécanique, et *) en ce que l'opération d'extraction de l'insert (1) consiste à cisailler le matériau de scellement (3) en phase de transition vitreuse à partir s d'une traction opérée sur l'insert (1) par les moyens de mobilité (17).
- 17. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 et 16, caractérisé en ce que la mise en oeuvre des moyens de mobilité (17) est provoquée spontanément par l'intermédiaire des moyens de Zo tarage (18) à partir d'un dit seuil d'affaiblissement déterminé du matériau de scellement (3) résultant de sa montée en température et de son changement d'état.
