Le procédé comprend : a) définition de la pièce creuse finale dans sa partie intérieure après forgeage avec déformation des sections pleines ou tirés d'épaisseur b) modélisation des sections pleines et tirées d'épaisseur c) réalisation du tiré d'épaisseur par l'intermédiaire de noyaux monomatières et recyclables disposé aux endroits requérants des zones avec un tiré d'épaisseur, et modélisation des noyau(x) d) après modélisation, définition du produit semi fini (2) et des noyaux dans leurs formes initiales ayant une configuration différente des noyaux forgés e) après coulage du métal autour des noyau(x), dans la forme initiale préalable, opération de frappe du produit semi-fini avec ses noyaux engendrant la déformation de la pièce et ses noyaux de leurs formes initiales à leurs formes finales, f) Détourage des bavures g) Evacuation des noyaux
