Abstract

Dispositif destiné à séparer les contenants des contenus pour leurs recyclages respectifs revendiqué comme procédé comportant ces étapes : stockage du produit à traiter dans une trémie de remplissage(1),réception du produit sur un tapis roulant de régulation de débit(2) situé sous son embouchure (1), arrivage du produit à traiter entre deux rouleaux structurés, parallèles et horizontaux(4)et(5) provoquant la déformation des contenants, tombée des résidus sur un tapis roulant d'évacuation(6), transport vers un tamis vibrant(7) incliné permettant la séparation des éléments retombant dans deux bacs de réception(8)et(9)équipés de compacteurs. Description

-1- DISPOSITIF DESTINE A SEPARER LES CONTENANTS DES CONTENUS PAR DEFORMATION EN VUE DE LEURS RECYCLAGES RESPECTIFS ET EN REDUIRE LES VOLUMES. -DESCRIPTION- La présente invention concerne une machine destinée à vider les contenants en matière recyclable de leurs contenus afin de pouvoir recycler séparément les éléments d'emballage des éléments compostables et en réduire les volumes. Aujourd'hui, une partie importante de ces déchets est incinérée ce qui implique une production de dioxyde de carbone. Le dispositif est composé d'une trémie de remplissage(l),d'un tapis roulant de régulation de débit(2),d'une trémie de guidage(3),de deux rouleaux parallèles structurés extérieurement(4)et(5) écartés d'une distance minimale et entraînés de sens contraire, d'un tapis roulant d'évacuation(6),d'un tamis vibrant(7), l'ensemble est assemblé sur un châssis( non illustré). Un bac de réception des éléments compostables(8)et d'un bac de réception des éléments récupérables(9)complètent l'installation. L'entraînement de l'ensemble du mécanisme est assuré par des moteurs électriques à vitesse réglable (non illustrés) afin de permettre un fonctionnement aisé. La vitesse de ces moteurs est réglable à partir d'un pupitre de commande centralisé(non illustré). Le fonctionnement du dispositif se déroule de la manière suivante: -mise en route des moteurs, -déversement du produit à recyclé dans la trémie de remplissage (1), - ce produit sort progressivement par l'embouchure de la trémie de remplissage(l)et se déverse entre les deux rouleaux(4)et(5)disposés horizontalement, - l'entraînement et la structure adaptée des deux -2- rouleaux(4)et(5) favorisent l'engagement des éléments entre ceux-ci, -le passage des éléments entre les rouleaux (4)et(5) provoque la déformation des contenants, -les résidus tombent sur le tapis roulant d'évacuation(6), -ce tapis roulant(6) dépose les résidus sur le tamis vibrant(7)dont les mailles sont calibrées de façon à laisser passer uniquement les éléments compostables. Ce tamis vibrant(7) agite les résidus pour faciliter le triage. Il est incliné pour permettre l'acheminement des matières restantes en direction d'un bac de réception(9) prévu à cet effet, -sous ce tamis est posé un bac de récupération des 15 éléments compostables(8), -les éléments récupérables dépassent le tamis vibrant(7)et tombent dans le bac de réception des éléments récupérables(9). Pour augmenter l'efficacité du système on peut 20 superposer un ou deux étages de doubles rouleaux de structures variées et d'écartement approprié afin de déformer progressivement les contenants de dimensions diverses(non illustré). Les bacs de réceptions(8)et(9)sont équipés de 25 compacteurs afin de réduire le volume des résidus(non illustré). Les dessins représentent: Figure 1:vue avant en perspective de l'installation Figure 2: vue arrière en perspective sans la trémie 30 de remplissage(1). -1- DEVICE FOR SEPARATING CONTAINERS FROM THE CONTENTS BY DEFORMATION WITH A VIEW TO THEIR RESPECTIVE RECYCLING AND REDUCING THE VOLUMES THEREOF. The present invention relates to a machine for emptying the recyclable material containers of their contents in order to be able to separately recycle the packaging elements of the compostable elements and to reduce the volumes thereof. Today, a significant part of this waste is incinerated, which implies carbon dioxide production. The device is composed of a filling hopper (1), a flow control treadmill (2), a guide hopper (3), two externally structured parallel rollers (4) and (5) spaced a minimum distance and driven in opposite directions, a treadmill evacuation (6), a vibrating screen (7), the assembly is assembled on a frame (not shown). A receiving pan of the compostable elements (8) and a receiving tray of the recoverable elements (9) complete the installation. The drive mechanism is driven by adjustable speed electric motors (not shown) for easy operation. The speed of these motors is adjustable from a centralized control panel (not shown). The operation of the device proceeds as follows: -engaging of the engines, -discovering of the product to be recycled in the filling hopper (1), -this product progressively leaves through the mouth of the filling hopper (1) and flows between the two rollers (4) and (5) arranged horizontally, - the drive and the adapted structure of the two-rollers (4) and (5) promote the engagement of the elements therebetween, - the passage of the elements between the rollers (4) and (5) causes the deformation of the containers, the residues fall on the conveyor belt (6), the treadmill (6) deposits the residues on the vibrating screen ( 7) whose meshes are calibrated so as to pass only the compostable elements. This vibrating screen (7) agitates the residues to facilitate sorting. It is inclined to allow the transport of the remaining materials to a receiving tray (9) provided for this purpose, -sous sieve is placed a collection tray 15 compostable elements (8), -recoverable elements exceed the vibrating screen (7) and fall into the receiving tray of the recoverable elements (9). In order to increase the efficiency of the system, one or two stages of double rolls of various structures and of appropriate spacing can be superimposed in order to gradually deform the containers of various dimensions (not shown). The bins (8) and (9) are equipped with 25 compactors to reduce the volume of residues (not shown).
