Claims (11)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Dispositif photovoltaïque comprenant : - au moins une cellule photovoltaïque (60) comprenant des couches minces 5 actives (15) déposées sur un substrat (10), lesdites couches actives n'étant pas segmentées ; et - au moins un convertisseur statique (50) associé à chaque cellule photovoltaïque (60), dans lequel 10 - chaque cellule photovoltaïque (60) fournit une puissance électrique avec un courant maximal (I,,) et une tension nominale (Vp), et - chaque convertisseur statique (50) est adapté à transmettre la puissance électrique fournie par la cellule photovoltaïque vers une charge (100) en diminuant le courant transmis et en augmentant la tension transmise. 15
- 2. Le dispositif photovoltaïque selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le convertisseur statique (50) est un convertisseur courant continu û courant continu (DC/DC) et/ou un convertisseur courant continu û courant alternatif (DC/AC).
- 3. Le dispositif photovoltaïque selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le 20 convertisseur statique (50) est associé à une électronique de gestion adapté à contrôler la diminution du courant transmis et l'augmentation de la tension transmise.
- 4. Le dispositif photovoltaïque selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'électronique de gestion associée au convertisseur statique (50) comprend 25 une commande de recherche du point de fonctionnement maximal (MPPT).
- 5. Le dispositif photovoltaïque selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel l'électronique de gestion est adaptée à communiquer avec la charge (100). R:ABrevetV29800\29807-090514-texte dépôtdoc - 2009-05-13 - 10:20-16-
- 6. Le dispositif photovoltaïque selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une pluralité de convertisseurs statiques (50) agencés en série entre chaque cellule photovoltaïque (60) et la charge (100).
- 7. Le dispositif photovoltaïque l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant une unique cellule photovoltaïque (60).
- 8. Le dispositif photovoltaïque de la revendication 7, dans lequel les couches actives (15) de la cellule photovoltaïque (60) couvre plus de 95 % de la surface du substrat (10).
- 9. Le dispositif photovoltaïque selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant une pluralité de cellules photovoltaïques (60) reliées en parallèle à la charge (100) chacune par au moins un convertisseur statique (50).
- 10. Générateur photovoltaïque comprenant une pluralité de dispositifs photovoltaïques selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 reliés en 15 série et/ou en parallèle.
- 11. Un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif photovoltaïque comprenant les étapes consistant à : - fabriquer au moins une cellule photovoltaïque par dépôts successifs de couches minces sur un substrat ; 20 - connecter au moins un convertisseur statique aux bornes de chaque cellule, le procédé ne comprenant aucune étape de segmentation des couches minces mettant en série plusieurs cellules photovoltaïques élémentaires.
