Abstract

Il s'agit d'un procédé et d'un dispositif d'épuration d'effluents liquides chargés de substances organiques et/ou minérales, dissoutes ou non, alimentées en continu à un débit Df. Après une opération préalable de flottation des effluents s'il y a lieu, on réalise au moins un cycle de traitement, le cycle de traitement comprenant une première étape dans laquelle on effectue une oxydation radicalaire des effluents par circulation dans un premier compartiment en générant une très forte turbulence, puis une deuxième étape dans laquelle on agglomère par coagulation/floculation les éléments non dissous contenus dans les effluents avant circulation de ces derniers dans un deuxième compartiment à surface libre, avec raclage des boues obtenues en partie supérieure, en bullant et en conservant une faible turbulence dans ledit deuxième compartiment.
