Abstract

An artificial eye is made from a component (1) with a hemispherical cavity having a white inner surface (2) and a representation of an iris (3) and pupil (4) in its base, produced by a drawing, painting, photograph or plastic model. The cavity is filled with a lens (5) with a convex outer surface.

2) -A method according to claim 1 characterized in that the cavity is filled by a transparent preformed object (5) made of plastic, glass, or resin.

3) - Method according to claim 1 characterized in that the cavity is filled with a material (5) transparent epoxy resin which is poured there before hardening.
