Abstract

The plastic container is made in a mould which has two recesses in its base to form coiled sections (4, 4') of a carrying handle which can be detached from the container on removal from the mould, fastened to its ends by anchoring elements (5, 5') and fastened together above the middle of the container by a T-shaped lug and loop.

A method of manufacturing a molded plastic container, provided with a carrying handle integrated in the bottom of the container, characterized in that it consists in providing in the bottom of the mold used to make the containers, two indentations in the form of a serpentine, intended to obtain, after molding the container, at least two extractable half-handles (4,4 ') each secured to the container by at least two separate anchoring zones (5, 5').
