Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de marquer électroniquement des toiles vierges destinées à la peinture artistique contemporaine. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à tous les artistes peintres souhaitant protéger leurs oeuvres.

Description

La présente invention concerne un nouveau dispositif de marquage des
toiles vierges destinées à la peinture
artistique contemporaine.
Des moyens existent pour marquer une peinture déjà réalisée. Aucune des solutions actuelles ne donne une sécurité absolue tant en ce qui concerne l'identité de l'oeuvre que le risque de contrefaçon car l'identification
est accessible.
La mise en place de notre dispositif comporte deux moyens nouveaux:
- Marquage de la toile vierge à la fabrication.
- Gestion des marquages.
Marquage de la toile vierge: le marquage est réalisé par l'application d'un transpondeur 125khz en lecture seule et solidaire de la toile. La puce électronique comporte un numéro d'identification unique et infalsifiable. Il est lisible grâce à un lecteur portable ou fixe. La puce est positionnée sur la toile comme l'indique le schéma joint. La toile est ensuite préparée afin de rendre invisible le transpondeur et la surface
parfaitement plane et prête à l'emploi pour l'artiste.
Gestion des marquages: une fois l'ouvre réalisée, le peintre a la possibilité de contacter le fabricant de la " toile à puce " qui effectue une photo et un descriptif de l'oeuvre. Il a également la possibilité de faire enregistrer toutes les caractéristiques de l'oeuvre ainsi que le numéro associé de la puce sur un fichier d'identification qui recensera toutes les oeuvres peintes sur une " toile à puce ". Un fichier central est mis en
place afin de pouvoir délivrer un Certificat d'expertise.
En cas de vol ou de contrefaçon, l'artiste bénéficie d'une assistance.

REVENDICATIONS
1) Dispositif de marquage de toiles permettant l'identification d'un tableau caractérisé par l'application d'un transpondeur (2) sur une toile vierge pour réaliser " une toile à puce "
2) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le transpondeur (2) est solidaire de la toile (1)
