Abstract

CURATIVE MAGNETIC EXPOSURE BRACELET

  The present invention relates to a curative exposure bracelet of

  precise areas of the body, using magnetic waves.

  We know that the depletion of the Earth's magnetic field causes syndromes in living things, and in particular in men. Typically, these syndromes affect: - sleep, the quality of which becomes insufficient; - mental hygiene, which gives way to disorders such as anxiety or "stress"; - physical well-being, for example during transport; - weight balance, giving way to obesity or thinness; and

  - the will, for example insufficient to stop smoking.

  It has been found that magnets and / or other electromagnetic sources can have curative effects, in particular on

these syndromes.

  More precisely, it is established that a magnet having a magnetic flux of 1000 Gauss at least, has a certain efficiency

from a curative point of view.

  Different curative effects can be obtained, depending on the polarity of

  the exhibition, knowing that a magnet has two polarities.

  North or negative polarity, shown by medical experience

  that it has a contracting and dispersing action.

  In document FR-A-2 662 076, an autonomous portable acupuncture device is described. It comprises a housing having on its underside, at least one metal stud. This stud constitutes the output terminal of a pulse generator, mounted in the case. Means are

  designed to allow removable fixing of the housing on part of the

body of a patient.

  Note that several of the known techniques use pulse generators: such a remedy is perfectly justified for certain cases. But it involves technical devices and therefore a cost

  too important, for other syndromes, for example mild.

  The other techniques cited, like the invention, use permanent magnets as an electromagnetic source. However, these techniques do not allow both: - very precise, stable and constant positioning of the electromagnetic sources on corresponding areas of the patient; and - to obtain - with the same simple equipment, comfortable to wear and little

  expensive- several arrangements of very precise magnetic fields.

  Indeed, we want to treat several conditions with the same equipment. So, with the same equipment, we want to fight against weight, stress, anxiety, phobia, spasmophilia, stage fright. We also want to improve memory, fight smoking, impotence,

  frigidity, nausea, vomiting, motion sickness.

  To this end, an object of the invention is a curative magnetic exposure bracelet, comprising a body for holding in position on the limb of a patient, and at least three, at most nine, permanent magnets, one projecting part of which of the body, is intended to come against an area to

treat the patient's limb.

  According to one characteristic, the body comprises a plate and two

  bracelet branches, substantially flat.

  The invention is now described, with reference to three general directions. The longitudinal direction corresponds to the main dimension, which is vertical in Figure 1. We call transverse, a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, which forms with the latter a plane corresponding to the plane

  As can be seen from FIG. 1, the bracelet 1 comprises, depending on the case, from three to nine magnets 3. It can be seen in this same figure that the body 2 comprises a plate 5 and two branches of bracelet 1, substantially

flat, and designated in 6 and 7.

  The branch 6 is said to be external (the most distant from the patient), and the

  branch 7 is said to be internal (most against the patient's skin).

  Each branch 6 and 7 has an anterior face 8. Soft reliefs for placing 9 of the bracelet (1) in a precise position, chosen on

  the patient, are provided on the face 8 of each branch 6 and 7.

  We understand that these reliefs 9 are both quite "soft", that is to say

  say little protruding and therefore hurtful, to be pleasant against the patient's skin. But also that these reliefs 9 are sufficiently marked to precisely maintain the bracelet 1 in position, when (1) is worn by

the patient.

  In fact, the invention makes it possible to provide treatment for a specific area of the patient, whatever their activity: the patient can wear bracelet 1 without experiencing any discomfort, or fear that he will place himself in an ineffective position , even if he exercises a physical activity, for example sports. In addition, since the bracelet 1 is very flat (here of the order of 5 to 6 mm at most, and of the order of 2 to 3 mm on the branches 6 and 7), it is not

  embarrassing to wear during the day, or at night when sleeping.

  Its discreet dimensions allow it to be worn under a long-sleeved garment, and to hide it, if it is felt to be necessary by the patient. But the structure of bracelet 1 also allows it to

  have aesthetic characteristics.

  Such an arrangement of the housings 12 of the plate 5, makes it possible, from the same bracelet 1, to obtain various combinations of implantation of magnets 3, each intended for the treatment of one or more particular syndromes. These arrangements may require three to nine magnets

  3, each inserted into an appropriate housing 12.

  It appears from FIGS. 1, 2 and 5 that the branch of the retaining body 2, and more precisely its so-called inner branch 7, has at least one hooking loop or stud 17. This is a protruding pin riveted in metal. The other branch 6, called the outer branch, comprises at least one clamping orifice 18 for the stud or loop 17. Here, the orifice 18 has come integrally with

  the outer branch and forms a mask for this nipple or loop 17.

  In this embodiment, the bracelet 1 comprises, respectively on a branch 6 or 7, two pins 17 and two holes 18, aligned

longitudinally.

  Referring now to Figure 4, we see that each housing 12 is provided with an opening 19 opening to the front face 8, of smaller section than the rest 20 of the housing said bottom, in the plane of

  Similarly, each magnet 3 has a base 21 and a head 4, of dimensions substantially complementary to that of the

housing 12.

  This arrangement of the invention makes the bracelet 1 modular, in that it allows the fastening of magnets 3 quickly and easily, without the addition of material (such as glue which can alter the diffusion of magnetism) and

  It appears from Figures 1 and 2 in particular that the holding body 2 of the bracelet 1 is a single piece. This part has come here integrally with the plate 5, its receiving housings 12, and the branches 6-7.
