Abstract

The device has a rigid part comprising two elements and a semi-rigid part comprising elements (3) that are terminated by hooks (4). A slight pressure is applied on the elements (3) for bringing them closer to each other so as to slide the hooks under the elements (2) for closing the device. The elements (3) are inserted in a frame (5) of a holder such that the elements (1, 2) are slid inside a belt (6). The frame of the holder and the belt are slid inside the device for sliding the hooks under one of the elements constituting the rigid part.
