Abstract

L'agrandissement cumule de ces accroissements sur une longueur determinee rend les deplacements dangereux. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet d'eliminer ces inconvenients. Il se compose de maillons de chaine reunissant les lattes qui composent le caillebotis. Les lattes sont travaillees de maniere a recevoir les maillons de chaine qui interviennent sur quatre fonctions distinctes. Premierement, les maillons qui sont fixes sur les lattes assurent 1'independance des lattes les une par rapport aux autres pour permettre une maintenance plus aisee. Deuxiemement, le maillon central joue le role d'entretoise entre les lattes conservant un ecart constant. Troisiemement, Le fait d'associer trois maillons permet d'utiliser ces derniers comme une charniere, rendant le caillebotis enroulable et donc facilement transportable. La figure 3, une vue du systeme d'accrochage des maillons de liaison. 2 La planche 3, figure 4, montre une vue en coupe, selon la reference A/A figure 3 de la planche 2, des decoupes et percages necessaires a 1'encastrement et a la fixation d'un maillon. La figure 5 detaille la reunion des deux lattes. La planche 4, figure 6, represente les deux types de lattes necessaires a la realisation d'un virage, la figure 7, le montage pour obtenir un virage a 30 . La planche 5, figure 8, detaille les outils necessaires a la realisation des evidements des lanes a la toupie en une seule passe. En reference a ces dessins, le caillebotis comporte des lattes (1) dont les chants sont travailles A. la toupie pour obtenir des decoupes semi-circulaires (4 ) et des rainures arretees semi-circulaires ( 5 ). Les perrages ( 3 ) permettent le blocage d'un des maillons de la chain ( 2 ). Ces elements sont detailles sur le schema de la page 3. Le nombre de reproduction des elements ( 3) ; (4) ; ( 5 ) sur la longueur de la latte depend de la longueur de cette derniere. La profondeur de la decoupe (4 ) conditionne 1'ecartement des lattes entre elles, car c'est contre cette decoupe que vient s'appuyer le maillon central de la chaine ( 2) qui est constituee de 3 maillons. Les maillons des extremites assurent par leur blocage au niveau du percage ( 3 ) la liaison des lattes (1 ). Le blocage des maillons au fond de la rainure ( 5 ) peut etre effectue par des vis ou tout autre systeme de blocage, rivets, goupilles... . Le maillon central constitue la liaison entre les maillons de fixation et sert d'entretoise entre les lattes. Une entretoise ( 8 ) peut etre vissee en cas de risque de pincement entre deux lattes Les maillons de la chaine de part leur possibilite de se replier sur eux mane assurent le mouvement rotatif des lattes permettant de rouler ou derouler le caillebotis. Les virages sont constitues de deux types de lattes qui recoivent le meme travail a la toupie que les lattes (1) . Les lattes ( 6 ) au nombre de deux par virage ou partie de virage, presentent une seule decoupe en angle du cote de la partie ou viennent se fixer les lattes ( 7 ). Les lattes ( 7 ) presentent deux decoupes en angle pour obtenir le virage desire. Les outils de toupie schematises sur la page 5 sont constitues de deux outils a calibrer ( B ) de part et d'autre d'une fraise a rainer.
