Abstract

Proportional valve for controlling air expansion, comprising an axially mobile core, a fixed core with a cavity for receiving the mobile core, and a solenoid, comprises a primary control system comprising a reducing element whose position can be controlled to displace the mobile core and a secondary control system comprising a first spring attached at one end to a screw in the fixed core and at the other end to a stud on the mobile core, and a second spring with one end in contact with a membrane support fixed to the mobile core and the other end in contact with the reducing element. A proportional valve for controlling air expansion, comprising an axially mobile core (1) that is connected to a pneumatic part of the valve and exerts a counterforce proportional to the target expansion value, a fixed core (5) with a cavity for receiving the mobile core, and a solenoid comprising an electric coil (2) and a magnetic field surrounding the mobile core, comprises a primary control system comprising a reducing element (14) whose position can be controlled to displace the mobile core and a secondary control system comprising a first helicoidal spring (19) attached at one end to a screw (21) in the fixed core and at the other end to a stud on the mobile core, and a second helicoidal spring (20) with one end in contact with a membrane support (27) fixed to the mobile core and the other end in contact with the reducing element.
