Abstract

Produit alimentaire comportant une préparation alimentaire (5) destinée à subir une étape ultime de cuisson à la vapeur dans un four à micro-ondes, conditionnée, de préférence, hermétiquement pour une conservation au frais ou en surgelé, dans un emballage jetable qui comprend un réceptacle (1) en un matériau laissant passer les micro-ondes, dans lequel la préparation alimentaire est déposée, ce réceptacle (1) comportant une paroi périphérique (2), ainsi qu'un fond délimitant un volume interne. Selon l'invention, le produit alimentaire comporte un logement (6) dans lequel une réserve de liquide est disposée et une série de canaux de diffusion (9) pour la vapeur d'eau générée à partir du liquide, lors de l'étape de cuisson dans un four à micro-ondes, lesdits canaux de diffusion (9) étant connectés au logement (6) et au volume interne du réceptacle (1), ladite préparation étant disposée à l'intérieur du réceptacle (1).
