  The present invention relates to an instrument for drawing circles comprising a pivot devoid of tip to allow safe use for a greater number of users, including infants.

  - There are now many published patents with drawing instruments having a pivot that is held with one hand on the drawing plane but free in rotation in the transparent medium to which it belongs. This support contains holes that are chosen to introduce with the other hand a pencil lead, or any marking instrument, in order to draw a circle of a given radius. All in all the pivots proposed are either sharp and dangerous, or impractical for the construction of a circle.

  - The instrument according to the invention overcomes this disadvantage.   - The instrument for the drawing of the circles, according to Figure 1, represents the first version of the pivot (1a), It is a single piece massive plastic deformable and transparent.
