Abstract

Un absorbeur de choc comporte un tube (36) qui est fermé à une première extrémité par une coupelle de base (54). La coupelle de base définit un alésage de fixation (114) à l'intérieur duquel le tube est situé. Un espace (120) est formé entre la partie inférieure du tube situé à l'intérieur de l'alésage de fixation et la partie inférieure de l'alésage. Cet espace améliore la longévité sous forte charge de l'absorbeur de choc en éliminant et/ou en réduisant l'effet d'entaille.
