Abstract

The head has a pump surmounted on a container, and an actuator with a distribution orifice (45). An activation unit has a continuous ring (70) on which a trigger is articulated around an axis (Y) to control an activation of the pump. The ring has a fastening portion extending on the periphery of the ring to removably fix the activation unit to the pump. A shutter is integrated with the trigger to avoid a movement of the trigger. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a packaging and distributing device having a container surmounted on a distribution head (B) utilization of a packaging and distributing device for packaging and distributing a cosmetic product.
